Planned Giving: The Heritage Society

The last gift a person makes can be the most lasting gift of all. Whether through a planned gift arranged during one’s lifetime or a bequest in one’s will, members of the Heritage Society have expressed their support and confidence in the mission of the St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation by including the foundation in their long-term charitable giving plans.

The foundation works with individuals and families to devise gift plans that accomplish their charitable goals. Typical planned gift arrangements include:

  • Naming the St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation in your will or trust
  • Establishing an annuity or trust that pays income to the donor during his or her lifetime, with the remainder directed to the foundation
  • Naming the foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement plan
  • Giving all or a portion of a home or farm’s interest to the foundation
  • Creating a trust that supports the foundation for a period of time, with the remainder going to family members.

The foundation is the grateful recipient of plans made by Heritage Society members over the years. Please contact the foundation office at (920) 831-1475 or to learn more about making a planned gift through the Heritage Society.
