Because we are cloud-based, we are available to continue operations without any interruptions. We will not, however, be scheduling any in-person meetings for the time being. Please keep safe and know we are committed to you and your interest in Ascension during this challenging time.

If you would like to reach us immediately, please send an email to Julie Miskoviak, Julie.Miskoviak@ascension.org, with your contact information.
We will email or call you back as soon as possible.

St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation was founded in 1976 and serves as the philanthropic arm of Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital, Ascension Calumet Hospital and Ascension Medical Group clinics located throughout Outagamie, Calumet and northern Winnebago Counties. The foundation's primary purpose is to live out Ascension's Mission, Promise and Values. Our foundation takes a special interest in serving the needs of the poor; we invite you to help make a difference in the lives of those who have nowhere else to turn.

The mission of the St. Elizabeth Hospital Foundation is to live out the healing ministry of Christ with a special emphasis on those in need. By generating, stewarding and distributing funds, we enhance the quality of our Ascension health system services, programs and other community health initiatives.

For over 40 years, we have worked with you, our donors and community. Thank you for your support and investment in serving our important mission. Our 2019 Annual Report provides information on the many life saving programs and initiatives that wouldn't happen without you and your generous support.

Thank you!

new date!

supporting safe sleep

Thanks to the incredible generosity of so many donors, we are able to purchase seven bassinets to support safer sleep for our babies. In addition, we had a donor make an additional gift to purchase twelve pack and plays. Our social worker will distribute these pack and plays to families in need so they can provide safe sleep at home.

This support provided the new swivel bassinets for the Women and Families Unit at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital. These bassinets create a safe sleep environment while our new families are in the hospital, and increase the bonding of new mother and baby.
A recent story shared with us:
A young mother was in an abusive relationship and had nowhere to go after she delivered her baby. She likely will have to go to the local domestic violence shelter. She has no resources or local support as her family lives out of state. Our social worked issued her a pack & play and the look on her face was priceless, as she replied: "It's brand new!" She will now have a safe place for her baby to sleep.

Individuals or companies interested to donate, please contact our Foundation partners at AscensionWIFoundations@ascension.org. Once the donation is confirmed, arrangements will be made to pick up the donation and deliver it to the appropriate Ascension Wisconsin facility.

Please, do not drop-off PPE donations at Ascension Wisconsin facilities. Ascension Wisconsin is following the updated CDC guidelines regarding confirmed COVID-19 cases and the use of PPE.

The safety of our patients, associates and providers is our utmost priority as we all work to slow the transmission of COVID-19 and care for all those in need.
